05/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property is vacant and secured and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. 6-21-2023 went by the site and found open doors and broken windows. Was not able to find the owner or a reps. for the property and called the supervisor Laurie Pumphery to get permission to have the property secured. Was given permission and called Arcaiden Industries for the board up and Biff Baker Fence to have the fencing secured. Will be securing the pool area due to not able to secured at this time. RV.
05/29/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with the smell of gas on the property. Arrived and the fire units have cleared and T.P.D. was on site and was clearing the units of a hotel/motel. S.W.G. was on site and checking the property for gas leaks around the property. Did find a unit where the gas smell was coming from. Unit 104 has a gas line that was trying to be cut and the gas was still on. The fittings or the pipe started to leak due to the gas was still on. The gas meters were going to be pinned. The units that had homeless in the units, had the AC running. Did find where the electrical rooms have been broken into and panels were opened. Appears that the property was trying to be remolded and has been vacant for some time. Did find where the water has been remove in April. The electrical was being removed at the pole and the cut outs were pulled. Did do the posting on the front window and posted Do Not Enter through out the property on different units. The chain on the south gate was cut to enter the property for fencing of the second floors by Biff Baker Fence. Arcaiden Industries was called to board up the first floor opening that were not able to secure. RV.
