Did go to the site and found where someone was sleeping on the roof, found a door opened in the rear of the structure and was under the main floor for a retail store. Did talk to a neighbor and they have stated that the homeless come at night and sleep under the floor with candles. Not able to locate the owner of the property and called a phone number posted on the front window with no answer. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the door secured. Did the posting on 600 N 4th Ave. due to same owner. RV. |
