05/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called the T.P.D. on site and wanted a call to the Sargent. Called and T.P.D. Sargent Corrales has a man on the roof and was being removed and has broken windows. Arrived and the man has been removed from the property that was sleeping on the roof. All the belongings have been also removed from the the property. Did check the windows and they have broken the glass where the locks can be opened and open the winds to enter the building. Was not able to locate the owner of the property and the building was vacant. The neighbors were stating that the building has been vacant for some time. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings secured. Did the posting of Do Not Enter and the paperwork on the front door. Did have to clear the interior due to the windows were able to open from the outside. RV.
05/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The building is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
