05/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed The building is Homeland Security and did meet with the maintenance for the building and the roof has leaked and does have stained ceiling tiles. The roof will be patched and painted in a few days with a roofing contractor. The leaks are controlled and buckets were placed where leaking and was not a flow just dripping. No one was in the areas that where the leaks were located. The maintenance showed me where a storage room was changed to a office space. A different type door was placed in the same area the door was located and a window was installed in a metal stud wall in the same area of the door, which is non bearing. The wall already existed and cut into the wall that existed for the storage room. This will be considered maintenance item due to no structural work done. The building has rooms through out the concrete tilts walls and has been on site for years. The case will be closed at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
