05/17/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site at property fire. Unit 2513 was affected by the fire and TFD determined that it was probably the toaster that started the fire. The unit was condemned and the owner signed the Order to Vacate and Indemnification form. I advised him that he needs to have a licensed contractor to complete the work and he must contact TEP to apply for a reconnect permit to restore power to the unit. Fire damage was limited to the kitchen area and burned the stove, the cabinets around the stove and the wall behind the stove. There was electrical wiring behind the stove area that may have been affected by the fire.
