05/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed The office called that T.F.D. on site with a tree hit by lighting and the building has damage. Arrived and all the units have cleared the site. The fire investigators were on and they were leaving the site. On units 2010 and 2011 had a palm tree that was hit by lighting and the fronds cuttings on the trunk caught fire and burned for awhile. The roof has some heat damage but the roof is sealed. Will need to be painted where melted. The walls have some splashing from the tree when sprayed by the hose. No damage to the interior of the units. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
