Arrived and all the units have left the site and the Battalion Chief was on site to show where the fire was located. The fire started on the exterior of the unit #10 by the sliding glass door on the balcony and burned into the unit by the living room. The sliding glass door has a melted frame and no glass. The living room has smoke damage and holes in the walls and ceiling checking for the extension of fire. No structural damage and the wood framing has no charring. The tenant was evicted today at a earlier time and the fire was started. The electrical was removed at the meter due to the damage of the fire. The maintenance secured the unit and screwed the security door shut. Did place a Do Not Enter on the front security door and the tenant for unit #9 signed the paperwork due the maintenance left the site and no management on site. Phone number were called for management and no answers. The flooring has standing water on the floor and was leaking down stairs in the bottom unit. RV. | |
