05/10/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a apartment fire. Arrived and were checking for hot spots and started to clean up. The fire was in H-12 and the fire got into the attic space and the drywall ceilings were falling due to the amount of water that was used. The wood trusses have smoke damage and some burning by H-12 area in the attic. The flooring has water puddled and standing water in different areas. The bedrooms have areas where the drywall has fallen. The window in the living room is cracked. There is no fire damage below the ceiling area and the tenants area Section 8 and are being placed by Redcross at this time. The unit is going to be secured by the maintenance and getting the plywood. The manager did showed and signed the paperwork. Did place a Do Not Enter on the front door. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
