05/10/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Had a fire in H-12 and has water damage where the fire got into the attic area and damaged this unit. A vent hole was cut on the roof near the living room area. Some of the drywall fell in the bedrooms and made holes in the living room area to check for fire in the attic. The fire and the smoke did not go pass the ceiling area and stayed in the attic area. The electrical and the gas were turned off at the meters and will need a permit to be turned back on. The maintenance was going to secure the unit. The tenant was Section 8 and left the site to go to the office to get a voucher to look for another place. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
