05/08/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site inspection. At the time of the inspection, it was observed that the property had multiple violations. There are multiple JMVs in the front yard. There are two palm trees in the front yard that have dead palm fronds within ten feet from a structure or ground. The property has violations for refuse and debris throughout the property, the front yard and side yards. The property also has violations for outdoor storage in the front yard of many miscellaneous items. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
06/22/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site with Inspector AQ. The violations for boarded windows, junked or inoperable cars in the front yard, accumulation of debris/refuse in the front yard, outdoor storage in the front yard, and dead palm fronds in the 2 palm trees in the front yard have not been abated. A citation will be issued.
