Issue notice to vacate, permits required, post house unsafe. TEP & SWG removed utilities. (Owners wanted to go into the house). I explained the house is unsafe. The entire roofing system is compromised and could cave in. Do not go into the house. Front end of the house secured by Arcadia. Back yard has a block wall.
