04/25/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation House vacated before I arrived. House has refuse, rotted food, spiders and insects, cobwebs throughout. Rooms and back hall way are blocked with storage, ceiling has mold on the drywall. Numerous steel oxygen tanks and oxygen concentrators and narrow pathways are forming. House shut down and secured. The house will need to be cleaned clearing all pathways, clearing pathways to all doors and windows. Ceiling with mold will need to be removed and replaced. Arcadia secured the house 1- 3x7 door pin
05/07/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site follow-up inspection completed. The house has an unobstructed way of access to the outside, or public corridor. The main hallway to the front doorway has a safe width just in case of fire. The interior of the building where mold was is sanitary and maintained in safe condition. Case Closed- Resolved.
