RV is connect to extension cord and water hose. Plumbing system has been modified gray water is allowed to drain off the property into the alley. Signs of outdoor camp fires in the back yard. Trash and refuse scattered throughout property lot. Several jmvs. Occupant of the rv told police the RV didn’t run. Blue CHEVEROLET 4 door sedan temporarily license 2001 being used for storage lic# 1E37276 inoperative, white F150 pickup truck is inoperative and no license plate. White van has auto parts underneath the van headlights and front grill are missing, hauler parked in the front yard is full of refuse. Shut down property, posted home had Arcadia secure the property. TEP removed service a permit will be required and a License Electrician is required to repair electrical. Exterior storage and refuse scattered throughout needs to be removed. Issued notice to vacate, remove refuse and storage. Posted notice to vacate, permits required and remove weeds and trash and junk motor vehicles.
