04/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Received a call from 911 TFD - Hotel fire. Upon arrival I met with SWG. SWG walking around tell me nobody is here. The building is locked up and he does not have a code to enter the building. I met with the Bar Tender inside the commercial part of the building. He explains everyone was here and they all left. Occupant in the building lets me in and shows me where the fire alarm went off. TFD knocked in two apartment doors #207 and 209. No smell of smoke or and signs of fire except the broken doors. Occupant in unit 209 stated the Property Manager has a person coming over to repair/reinstall the doors that were damaged. Contact the Property Manager and verify this statement. Property Manager is not happy about the door being broken into. Close case
