07/01/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Per management's request, I was dispatched to the property due to reports that the owner may not be adhering to the previously issued stop work order. I did not observe any new work being performed at the property after three separate and random observations. On the third observation, I did encounter the contractor who informed me that he comes bye the property multiple days per week to clean and do repairs that do not require permits while they are going through the permitting process.
