05/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Pest control is in place as of 05/12/26. Arrangements have been made with Pima Count Council on Aging regarding declutter of the unit to help with pest control.
04/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Tenant does not want any further inspections of her unit. Tenant states there has been too many people coming and going into her unit. Regional manager and pest control vendor have established a pest control plan. Tenant will need to comply with instructions to assist with rodent control. This will included removing items that attract rodents. Will f/u in 7 days with tenant and management. A inspection summary and invoice from management and pest control vendor will be emailed as soon as it is completed.
