04/22/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Large sink hole is 52 inches deep on property next to drive way area and underneath the road on the west side of suite 100. Barricaded the area off and placed caution tape around the area to prevent the potential of a serious accident. Contacted Property Management responsible for maintaining the property and discussed the hazard. Sending Property Manager a notice for the sink hole. Permits required.
