A notice of violation has been issued. Permits will be required and a Licensed Electrician is required to address and repair the damaged electrical outlet. Issued an indemnification form to the owner.
06/23/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property working on insurance claim and contractor advised that no work can be done further until permits are pulled as no permits have been actively been obtained. Will follow up in 30 days.
