04/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Vacant property has large vacant house with squatters. Squatters tampering with electrical disconnect box. Live wires poking out of disconnect box. Hazardous electrical additions sitting on carpet on the floor. Roofing has a leak, drywall ceiling is flaking off, large holes in the ceiling. All windows are broken out. Graffiti on the west side of the house and south side. Extension cord running from the house to the ambulance being stored on the lot person living inside the ambulance. 3 ambulances are being stored on vacant lot (zoning violation). 2 junk motor vehicle with broken windows. TEP disconnected electrical service to the house. A Licensed Electrician is required to repair the electrical system. A permit will be required to restore electrical back to the building. Notice to vacate is issued, permits required notice, notice to remove weeds and refuse off the property, notice to remove junk motor vehicles posted. TPD HAD ARCADIA SECURE THE HOUSE.
06/16/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site, found property broken into one large window in the front plywood removed posting and signs from code enforcement also removed spoke to the point of contact informed will secure the openings by Arcadia city contractor, vehicles on the property have openings to them. Also did a board up on them secured a door in the back. Reposted do not enter sign.
