04/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Vacant property has large vacant house with squatters. Squatters tampering with electrical disconnect box. Live wires poking out of disconnect box. Hazardous electrical additions sitting on carpet on the floor. Roofing has a leak, drywall ceiling is flaking off, large holes in the ceiling. All windows are broken out. Graffiti on the west side of the house and south side. Extension cord running from the house to the ambulance being stored on the lot person living inside the ambulance. 3 ambulances are being stored on vacant lot (zoning violation). 2 junk motor vehicle with broken windows. TEP disconnected electrical service to the house. A Licensed Electrician is required to repair the electrical system. A permit will be required to restore electrical back to the building. Notice to vacate is issued, permits required notice, notice to remove weeds and refuse off the property, notice to remove junk motor vehicles posted.
