04/27/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site inspection. It was observed that there are several violations in one building and various apartments in that building. The violations that were observed were rodent infestation throughout the apartments, broken and unsecured window(s), refuse and debris in one apartment and throughout the property. There were also violations for damage/defects to flooring due to lack of maintenance or deterioration through water damage. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
06/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site inspection. All violations have been abated, and the living quarters are now up to code. Case Closed - resolved.
