04/21/2026	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	On site at property several wooden structures on property with utilities ran to them and structures larger then 200 sq ft. with active construction going on and exiting with out permits there is electrical, plumbing, structural, new a/c installed on roof, new light fixtures, walls, insulation, HVAC duct. In addition new gas line was ran to structure but not yet tapped in to main gas line. There is a RV on property also plugged in to utilities was given 24 hrs. to vacate and store RV. all utilities to un permitted structures have been secured at electrical box and taped i off position breaker numbers 28,30,32. owner has been instructed not to turn on or use any utilities to these structure until permits and compliance and been approved. JMV on property. Stop Work posted in front and rear of property.
08/07/2026	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	On site at property working on violations permits are in review for structures will follow up in 30 days.
