05/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Firstly, if gas is being smelled in the area, this would be considered an Emergency and should be dispatched as such. Secondly, if gas is detected in this area, Code Enforcement is not the proper department to contact, it is SW Gas or the Fire Department. Did not observe anything that was wrong with any SW gas issues. In fact, the SW gas meter was covered and tagged by SW gas, and I did not smell any gas. Did observe a large accumulation of dog feces on the ground.
06/16/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The dog feces still remains. I left my business card at unit 3 and have yet to receive a call from them concerning their complaint. I re-secured the one door that was unsecured
