04/15/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site inspection. At the time of inspection, two (2) junked motor vehicles were observed on the property in violation of Section 16-15. One vehicle was in an inoperable condition due to a flat tire on the front driver-side wheel. The second vehicle appeared inoperable as it was missing an engine. Both vehicles meet the definition of junked motor vehicles as outlined in the code. Additionally, overgrown and unattended vegetation was observed abutting the sidewalk in front of the property, constituting a nuisance condition in violation of Section 16-13(d). Notice of violation sent in the mail.
