04/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property with TPD and store employees. Car impacted the lower half of wall of the building on the north side, just before the drive through window. There is a small exterior damages to the stucco wall, about 2 ft in diameter almost through the wall. There is exposed metal lath, and the wall is cracked. On the interior of the damaged wall, there is water sink and refrigerator for meat. The refrigerator was unplugged at this outlet. There was no water leakage at this time. Tested water sink for one minute intervals, at each time, there was no water leakage at this time. Did not see any exposed/loose wires or any electrical damages at this time, however that does not mean there is or is not electrical defects. Responsible party signed documents and agreed to not use the sink and agreed to secure their property. Jack in Box management to contact CE for updates and isolate power to the wall.
