There is refuse and debris throughout the property, in the front and side yards, viewable from the public sidewalk. There are also violations for outdoor storage in the front yard and storage in a one car carport, in which a car cannot reasonably park in the carport. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
08/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site inspection. Posted a placard with court minutes on or near the front door, so that the tenant is properly notified of the court hearing.
