04/07/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site inspection. Observed at least two (2) junked motor vehicles parked on the property viewed from the public sidewalk. There is refuse and debris throughout the property, in the front and side yards, viewable from the public sidewalk. There are also violations for outdoor storage in the front yard and storage in a one car carport, in which a car cannot reasonably park in the carport. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
05/11/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation on site follow up inspection. There are still violations of refuge and debris throughout the property, mainly in the front yard and side yard. There are still violations for storage in the front yard. The junk or inoperable vehicles have been removed from the property.
