04/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property with TEP, TPD, Inspector A.Q. and later brother of owner. TEP stated Unit 1 and Unit 2 for this property was tampering power. TEP cut power from the source and CC. Property has no power. Condemnation. Permits required for electrical reconnect. Notice of violation posted on the front door gate. TEP had a conflict with the owner, there is a police report, owner left the site. Brother then responded to the dogs on site for property and stated they will try to restore power and clean up property. Dog are under a shed, in the shade, and it appears the have food and water at this time. CE will allow time for power to be properly restored and obtain the permits.
