RVAC/ Vacant property that is not secured. People come and go as they please. House have been broken into several times -
windows and doors are broken. Electrical panals have been accessed. Fence and gates are torn down. Racoons living
inside the large house. Hopeless people sleeping and living on the property. People drive in and dump garbage. Others
ruinely park and sell or buy drugs. No alarma. No cameras. Discarded food and people refuse (feces and urine) are
attrachting large amoubt of flies and the smell is horrendous.
