04/22/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site and at this time there is some trash and debris in the front yard not enough to be considered an accumulation. There is vegetation that exceeds "6 inches in height in the backyard and on the abutting alley and sidewalk/ROW along Beverly Dr and Treat St. There is also an overgrown shrub in the front of property obstructing the ROW.
05/29/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site and at this time most violations have been abated. Owner will utilize the B/B service that is scheduled for 7/7/25 to remove the remainder of trash and debris. A 30 day extension was granted.
