04/22/2025	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	-No machines can be heard, no signs of an active repair shop on the property. -There is a 2x6 board attached with three lag bolts to the 6ft wooden gate. This board extends upward to approximately 16ft in height. This board has a light fixture attached at the top and is being energized with an extension cord. -There is a rear porch attached to the rear of the single-family residence constructed after March 2022. (Tenant advised its not connected to the residence and is a prefabricated tubular carport.) -There is a shed at the south end of the property within 6ft of the property line. This shed made of mixed materials such as pallets is approximately 16x12 less than 200 sqft. -There is a wood frame structure attached to the single-family residence at the north end of the property. A shade cloth material is being used as a roofing material; the wood posts extend approximately 12 feet in height.
