Fire started in attic space in northwest side of building due to electric short TFD suspects HVAC. Cut exposed wires by TFD in drop ceiling area on northwest side of building. Drop ceiling damage to include insulation ceiling panels and charring in insulation. Water damage through northwest side of building to include walls due to fire sprinklers activating and fire fighter activities. There were no exterior effects to building. City owner locks were placed on electric panel TEP turned off disconnects prior to arrival. Building was condemned NAO signed by Kelly. |
