04/08/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site with tenants, owner's adult children and spoke to owner on the phone. The two rooms in the back were added with no permits ,structural, electrical, plumbing and gas. There were exposed wires going into the service panel in one of the rooms. Exposed wiring outside of the units with outlets that are for inside use. Two mini splits that were added to the units. New gas line running to the dryer in the backyard. TEP removed the meter due to electrical hazard. SWG turn off the gas due to no permit for the new gas line. Permit is required for structural, mechanical (AC units) electrical (new wiring and service panel) and plumbing (new washing machine, new bathroom, new gas lines).
04/10/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site with owner. When over the items that were added to the property with no permits. Owner has electrical contractor who will pull permits for electrical work. The unpermitted rooms will be demo.
