At this time there is an accumulation of trash, refuse and debris in rear yard and in ROW. The carport has an excessive amount of storage. There is not water service(verified Tucson Water) or electricity(verified TEP). There has also been signs of tampering that was reported to all utility services. TEP and Southwest gas removed their meters from the property. Tucson water has a w/o to remove theirs. The property was cleared by TPD from any persons and animals. Arcaiden was called to secure property by using 1-3x7 door,4-5x2window,1-5x6window 2-3x3window,1x3x2window boards and 2-3x7 door pins. Back door and rear gate was secured with locks and chain. "Do Not Enter" signs were placed on front window and rear door. TPD obtained all pictures on the inside of the structure. Licensed contractors and permits will be required for repairs on electrical and plumbing prior to reconnect of services(TEP, Southwest gas and Tucson Water). A work order was placed through ES for ROW westside of property clean-up. Owner has passed and as of right now a responsible party has not been identified. |
