05/13/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed VISITED SITE, FOUND PROPERTY IN QUESTION TO BE VERY CLEAN, FRONT, SIDE AND REAR YARD, CLEANED, OUTDOOR FURNITURE WAS COVERED AND MOTORCYCLE COVERED IN THE REAR YARD. HOWEVER THE PROPERTY TO THE WEST WAS VACANT AND SECURED SO I BELIEVE THE OWNER OF 450 E THOROUGHBRED MADE THE COMPLAINT CONERNING 5101 S HAMPTON ROADS DR. I ALSO INSPECTED THIS PROPERTY AND FOUND THE UNIT WAS BOARDED BY RICHARD VIDAL ON 6/2/21 REMAINS POSTED "DO NOT ENTER, UNFIT TO OCCUPY" AND IS STILL SECURED, ALL UTILITIES REMAIN OFF, NORTH AND WEST SIDE OF STRUCTURE POSTED "PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO TRESPASSING". I FOUND GRASS BELOW 6 INCHES IN HEIGHT, THERE WAS NO ILLEGAL DUMPING, NO CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL, NO SOFAS, OFFICE FURNITURE, OR TOILET ON THE PROPERTY, ONLY MINOR DEBRIS BLOWN ONTO THE PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY IS FENCED AND SOME DAMAGE TO THE PERIMETER FENCING. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH THIS PROPERTY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
