Property has a large dead tree at the northwest corner of the home. Paint & stucco/plaster peeling on multiple walls of home. Trash and debris on west side of home. Did spk to a nearby neighbor who states the pool did have water greater than 18 inches in depth but it has since evaporated or drained and no longer believes it to be greater than 18 inches.
