05/16/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Front door is surrounded by plants and a fence with no gate. Back yard wall size increased height using bricks. Makeshift Ramada built in back yard using property walls and bricks. Christmas lightings being used as long term lighting, added outdoor lighting installed. Excessive amount of storage in the back yard and into the alley area abutting rental unit area. Area is a hazard. Egress would be difficult in the event of a fire or emergency situation. Called FORT LOWELL REALTY 520 307 4384 left a voice mail . A couple hours later received a call back stating she no-longer works at FORT LOWELL REALTY. Called 888 322 0070 message states the mail box is full and they can not take any messages. Main office is locked.
