House in question had a approved permit to reconnect electrical. According to TEP, Electrical power was restored Friday 4/19/24. A follow up inspection conducted on Monday (4/22/24) showed that electrical meter was tampered with and electrical meter was bypassed and no longer operational. Power was shut off on 4/24/24 and Code Enforcement was notified. TPD was notified and upon arrival gained access to House to ensure that occupants/owners was not inside. House is currently without utilities and unsafe to occupy at this time. Posted "Unsafe to Occupy" placards on both front and rear doors. Secured front and rear doors and well as gate behind property. NFA at this time |
