Due to history of issues and hostile behavior from property management at this location, did obtain a search warrant. Responded to site with Inspector Tidwell and served search warrant. Spoke with resident on site who was fully cooperative and answered all questions. No electric service from TEP due to non payment. Did find extension cords ran from unit 192 to 188. Resident at 192 did confirm they are providing electric service to unit 188. Inside unit 188 did find extension cords daisy chained, running a TV, a lamp, a microwave, charging a battery and another cord running upstairs. Issued warning NOV to tenant, ordered to disconnect extension cords. Tenant complied and removed extension cords. Will follow up. -VM | |
