Fire has damaged wall studs of the south wall and damaged studs of the roof, as well as the roof decking. The structure is in a state of disrepair, as evidenced by rotted wood decking throughout, peeling and missing paint on roof studs. Front home is vacant and unsecured, electric is turned off. Windows and door openings on the north and east side are boarded. The rear door is wide open and there has been a fire that has damaged the rear door. There is an unsecured and a broken window on the south side of bldg. Called, owners phone number is disconnected and no one on site. Called City contractor to secure the structure. City contractor did respond and secured the structure. Structures posted Unsafe to Occupy and did chain and lock front gate. -VM |
