Damage to exterior block wall, cracking of blocks, blocks are caved into the structure. There is no cracking at the top of the wall where the roof area is or sagging in this area. Did view damage on the interior. Wall is pushed in, cracked and damaged outlet in the area of the impact and a stud has been separated from the base/foundation. No cracking or sagging visible in the ceiling area. Was able to isolate power to this outlet and turned off breaker, labeled breaker to remain off. Issued NOV on site to owner and indemnification form. Permits required for repairs. -VM |
