Severed warrant to enter the property to abate the trash and debris and hand-delivered to owner's son who then gave it to the owner. Contractors cleaned up the trash and debris on the property. Several truck loads of trash, debris and outdoor storage were removed from the property. ES removed over 100 tires from the property. Property, at this time, does not have an accumulation of trash and debris or excessive outdoor storage. Violation of trash and outdoor storage abated at this time. However, some trash/outdoor miscellaneous items remain on property, and in the carport and porch area. Junked motor vehicles or inoperable vehicles remain on the property. There are six inoperable vehicles on the front of the property. Moving to citations for each vehicle. Spoke to owner about this violation, and is aware and will try to resolve this violation. Spoke to owner about maintaining the property, free from excessive trash, debris and outdoor storage. |
