Unit 7112 had power turned off at main disconnect upon my arrival. Entered unit with resident of unit. There was water pouring out of the kitchen soffit, specifically the HVAC vent and light fixture. There is water pouring out of the HVAC system filter enclosure in the hallway of the unit. There is bubbling paint in this area. There is excessive water pooling on the floor. TEP was called to disconnect power at the meter. TEP did arrive and cut power to the unit. A licensed electrician shall review the electrical system and verify no hazards before power can be reconnected. Permit required for electric reconnect. Unit will be condemned at this time. Unit was posted with red tag unsafe to occupy. Property maintenance did sign the notice of violation and notice and order. -VM | |
