Per TFD the rear unit was checked and no damage to unit. Owner of property was on site. All drywall removed from ceiling in living room area, no apparent damage to roof system in this area, with exception of minor charring to one structural member. There is drywall, water, and smoke damage throughout unit. Four windows are broken. City contractor was called to secure the unit. TEP was previously on site and disconnected service at the meter. Owner was given a copy of NOV. Contractor responded and secured the unit. Unit was posted w/ Red Tag Unsafe to Occupy. Permits Required for repairs with use of a licensed contractor. -VM |
