04/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Went to the site and the pool water is green and has no movement in the water. The gates are locked. The fencing that surrounds the pool has areas where the metal is rusted and has separated and not attached in areas. Did meet with the manager and the pump was ordered and has arrived. The pump will be installed today and will run all weekend. No one has access to the pool area at this time due to the chains and locks on the gates. Will check next week. RV.
07/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Both pools are working and not in use at this time. The management is still doing work to the areas. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
