Did confirm an employee was staying in the business after hours due to being homeless. Says she has been working with various City agencies and was able to get that employee placed into housing as of today. Did advise the business owner that living out of a commercial business is a code violation. It would appear this violation is abated at this time, and as such this case will be closed as Resolved. -VM
