Scaffold located on the south east side of the house. Met w/owner remodeling inside of house and exterior completely re-stucco'd. Electrical work, plumbing, back end of house laundry room completely re-drywalled, new lighting junction boxes installed, new wiring, new water heater installed. Explained to owner NO PERMITS ON FILE. I will have to do a STOP WORK order. Let them know I needed to fill out some paper work. After I completed the paper work owner would not come to the front door when I knocked. Went to the back door and knocked. No answer. Heard voices inside talking but neither the owner or the construction workers would come to the door. POSTED STOP WORK AND NOV'S | |
