04/20/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The property is apartments and has a dumpster on the outside of the property in front of the parking lot on Jeanette Ave. The metal dumpster is full and people are dumping outside the dumpster. Has mattresses, chest of drawers, recliners and other items that don't fit in the dumpster due to size. Did call the property manager and they will be cleaning the site next week. Will be checking if the dumpster can be moved into the property to monitor the dumpster on who is dumping on site. Will check in 10 days. RV.
