From the front of the property, house appears to be well maintained. yard behind property is enclosed and unable to see from road. Property extends past the enclosed yard, but there is a "Posted-Private Property sign on a tree and inspector did not enter the property to verify the presence or absence of indications of potential construction (i.e. construction equipment or supplies, cleared vegetation, etc.).
