I FOUND WHAT LOOKED LIKE MOLD ON THE INSULATION IN THE WALL, THERE WAS COPPER PIPE INSIDE THE WALL FOR THE TOILET IN THIS UNIT AND THE UNIT TO THE NORTH, I WAS UNABLE FEEL ANY WATER AROUND THE PIPES AND UNABLE TO REACH THE PIPES FOR THE SHOWER. SHOWER PAN OR FIBERGLASS WALL SURROUND MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED. FIELD NOV ISSUED TO NEW OWNER HYPERION GROUP LLC AND VALLEY INCOME PROPERTIES. FOLLOW UP DATE SCHEDULED FOR 5/04/2023 | |
