04/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed ON SITE AT PROPERTY THE BEDS ARE DIVIDED BY PLEXI GLASS. THE AREAS WERE WELL KEPT. THERE WAS NO ANIMAL FECES. KITTY LITTER BOXES WERE CLEAN. DOGS WERE WELL BEHAVED. I WAS ALLOWED TO WALK THE GROUNDS AND DID NOT FIND ANY CODE VIOLATIONS. THE RESIDENTS THAT I SPOKE WITH WERE HAPPY WITH THE FACILITY AND THANKFUL. NOT EVERY BED HAS ACCESS TO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET. THE BEDS BY THE OUTLETS WERE MOSTLY USED FOR RESIDENTS WITH OXYGEN. THERE WERE NUMEROUS VOLUNTEERS AND RESIDENTS DOING JOBS FROM COOKING TO CLEANING WHILE I WAS THERE. NO VERIFY OF COMPLAINTS.
